October 11, 2010 — The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP), architect of the chiropractic profession’s longest running public awareness campaign, is pleased to announce that Foot Levelers has now contributed more than one million dollars in support of the foundation’s mission of positive press.
Foot Levelers president, Kent S. Greenawalt, created the foundation in 2004 because he felt the entire profession needed to receive more positive media representation nationwide.
In addition to its generous contributions, Greenawalt’s company covers all overhead costs to ensure every dollar donated by doctors, students, colleges, vendors, and associations goes directly into the media campaign. This sets the foundation apart from other not-for-profit organizations because it guarantees that 100 percent of all funds raised will be used to generate positive press for the profession.
“I have always believed that the only thing that keeps this profession from reaching its potential is the lack of consumer knowledge and media presence,” comments Greenawalt. “The Foundation is not only educating potential patients on the best kept secret in health care but also giving this unique profession the proper recognition it deserves in prominent media outlets.”
Currently, Foot Levelers is one of four companies included in the foundation’s “Founder’s Circle” — a partnership level that requires a donation of at least $100,000 annually. In addition to monetary support, Foot Levelers also provides the foundation with assistance in production materials, trade show booth designs, and graphic consulting.
