Fluke Biomedical expands service options, launches onsite service

Chiropractic Economics August 17, 2010

August 17, 2010 — Fluke Biomedical announced a major expansion of service options for their customers across the United States. New CarePlans extended-warranty packages, as well as onsite and mobile services, offer priority services to ensure a new level of convenience for users of Fluke Biomedical best-in-class medical test and safety equipment.

Gold, silver and bronze CarePlan packages offer comprehensive priority service and support, including extended warranties, priority bench service, expedited shipping, loaners, VIP technical support, productivity consultation services, educational training and more.

Fluke Biomedical’s new onsite and mobile services employ a remarkable network of 32 calibration centers, five repair centers, and a fleet of mobile crews throughout the United States to offer accredited onsite calibration and mobile pickup and delivery.  The program’s online monitoring service provides 24-7 access to printable calibration certificates and service reports, tracking and status, trending analyses, out-of-tolerance monitoring and more.

“These programs are about convenience and quality,” says Clare Grehofsky, director of customer service and support for Fluke Biomedical. “Our new CarePlans packages and Onsite/Mobile Services provide greater convenience and value, along with piece of mind for Fluke Biomedical test equipment users.”
