DESCRIPTION:Over a course of 2-1/2 days\, we will visit a combination of industrial\, manufacturing\, service\, and office environments to experience the practical aspects of ergonomics job site assessment. Learn how to identify potential hazards\, recommend cost effective job site modifications and hazard prevention controls\, compile OSHA-compliant reports\, and educate management on the cost benefits of an ergonomically sound workplace. \nAt the completion of this course and submission of your two written ergonomics jobsite assessment reports\, you will be designated as a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS) and receive 1.8 CEUs. \n
