April 13, 2009 — The next meeting of the Chiropractic Summit will be held May 14 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. The meeting will run from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The focus of Summit V will be national healthcare policy and federal legislation and will offer the chiropractic profession an historic first opportunity to engage policy makers and legislators on a united front. The morning portion of the program will be devoted to a fast-paced series of scheduled reports and presentations on national healthcare reform. The afternoon portion of the session will focus on future Summit planning, consideration of specific initiatives in healthcare policy and other areas and other Summit business, procedures and finances.
