Cash Practice eliminates overage fees for the Wellness Score System

Chiropractic Economics February 12, 2015

0212_Cash_Practice_eliminates_overage_fees_photoFebruary 12, 2015—Cash Practice Systems announced yesterday that their latest module, the Wellness Score System, now includes unlimited Wellness Reports in the monthly membership. Previously, membership included up to 25 Wellness Reports per month with additional reports being between 25 and 75 cents each.

The average office uses about 25 reports a month between their new patients and re-exams. This opens up possibilities for offices to use the Wellness Score System for marketing to potential new patients as well as recall past patients without having to worry about the extra cost.

“The Wellness Score System is an exciting, breakthrough wellness-based software application that clearly explains to patients why their optimum health is much more than just symptom management,” said Cash Practice director of operations Holly Jensen. “It’s for this reason that we’re excited to offer a provider to run unlimited Wellness Reports.”

Amber Shepherd, senior media coordinator at Cash Practice expands on the additional opportunities this change will provide.

“By allowing our members to run unlimited reports, they are now able to help more people than ever,” she says. “It opens the door for them to incorporate Wellness Reports into corporate programs or screening events rather than having them feel like they need to be selective on who they will run a report on. This allows more people to be made aware of the current state of their health.”

The Wellness Score System is a Web-based software that generates a “health grade” founded on a series of biomarkers and parameters including functional movement, surface electromyography, neuro-spinal functional index, body mass index, X-Ray analysis, and many more.

Its purpose is to effectively and objectively communicate the need for care to patients by giving them a letter grade on their health. It also allows users to compare grades over a period of time, which is used primarily during re-exams to communicate progress.

This system is one of four modules in the Cash Practice Systems which offers Web-based services to chiropractors to help them be free from insurance dependence and increase patient retention. For more information on the Wellness Score or any of the Cash Practice Systems, visit cashpractice.com.
