Carlson Laboratories introduces new product, Heart Fit

Chiropractic Economics August 8, 2014

CLHeartFitAugust 8, 2014 — Carlson Heart Fit is a specially formulated supplement created to provide natural nutritional support for the entire cardiovascular system. This is accomplished by providing key nutrients shown to play a positive role in heart and blood vessel health.

Pterostilbene is structurally related to resveratrol, the healthy ingredient in red wine that is thought to be associated with the prolonged cardiovascular health commonly associated with a Mediterranean diet. The unique structure of pterostilbene adds increased bioavailability compared to resveratrol, allowing the body to more efficiently use this compound. The singular properties of pterostilbene may support optimal cardiovascular function by promoting healthy normal responses to daily cardiovascular stresses.

Tocotrienols are natural fat-soluble antioxidants that are important members of the vitamin E family, which have demonstrated significant antioxidant benefits in cardiovascular health. Adequate tocotrienol consumption may help to maintain cholesterol levels already within a healthy normal range. The tocotrienols found in Carlson Heart Fit are explicitly designed for maximal bioavailability.

Grape Seed Extract is a natural source of beneficial polyphenols, including Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins (OPCs) found in high concentrations in grape seeds. These polyphenols have been shown to play an important role promoting optimal cardiovascular health.

Vitamin D has been shown to play an important role in cardiovascular health by helping to maintain blood pressure already within a normal range.

“Heart Fit is a high quality supplement designed using the most reputable, cutting-edge research available,” Carilyn Anderson, president of Carlson Laboratories commented. “Carlson is and always will be dedicated to providing our customers superior products based on accepted scientific research.”
