CareCredit’s cardholder marketing helps practices attract more new patients

Chiropractic Economics May 24, 2010

May 24, 2010 — Chiropractic practices offering CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient financing program, are experiencing a boost in their efforts to attract new patients and generate additional revenue through free marketing from CareCredit to their network of more than seven million patients already approved for financing.

CareCredit reaches out to their cardholders every month with direct marketing, e-mails and e-newsletters to remind them they can use the program at a wide range of healthcare providers, including chiropractic practices, to get care for themselves or other members of their family — without having to reapply.*

More than 400,000 patients a month visit the CareCredit Provider Locator to find a practice in their area that offers CareCredit. To capitalize on this popular resource, CareCredit sends Provider Locator mailings to their cardholders that include a list of practices in their area that accept CareCredit.

In addition, each year CareCredit develops and promotes new value-add programs and incentives that benefit patients using CareCredit, motivating them to return to practices for additional or follow-up care.
