AirWare Labs Announces Its Patented AIR(R) Products for Defense Against Flu & Allergy

Chiropractic Economics Staff January 29, 2013

Now Available at Walgreens Stores Nationwide Alongside AIR(R) Sleep/Snore Products

SCOTTSDALE, AZ–(Marketwire – Jan 29, 2013) -AirWare Labs Corp. (OTCQB: AIRW) today announced it will expand its sales and promotional marketing efforts of the AIR® Allergy product in addition to the Sleep/Snore product as part of its continued commitment to a national rollout at Walgreens 7500 stores.

AIR® products are developed with essential oils and filtration media for defense against airborne allergens, viruses and bacteria. AIR® Allergy defense comes from an integrated filter to remove microscopic particles that carry viruses and bacteria. AIR’s® patented design utilizes an intranasal microstructure that is fabricated to deliver up to 40% more airflow. AIR® products are manufactured with an FDA approved medical grade silicon with some product lines infused with therapeutic essential oils. The AIR® Allergy product is well positioned in defense of the Flu with Eucalyptus Oil that is scientifically shown to be a natural antimicrobial that possesses disinfecting properties.

AirWare Labs has launched new marketing efforts to expand awareness for defense of the Flu. Internet search campaigns are underway to promote AIR’s® Allergy defense capabilities in context to the increased need for protection and resistance to Flu symptoms. By utilizing search-marketing terms that answers the millions of online searches seeking protection and relief this Flu season, these efforts should lead to conversions for both online and in-store sales.

Demand for products that defend against the Flu and Allergies are at record levels. Internet searches meteoric spikes coincides with the current CDC trend reporting influenza activity remaining very high and widespread nationally. Current reports of patient visits have exceeded 4.6% this year; more than double the national baseline average of 2.2%. Furthermore, major media outlets are actively reporting that “presenteeism” (the act of attending work while sick) is further exacerbating the spread of germs that cause the Flu.

“Unlike the masks you sometimes see in other countries to protect from — and against — germs from co-workers and the general public, we have a discrete and better solution. AIR® Allergy offers increased intranasal protection where we believe the flu is often contracted. Once customers experience the healthy by-product of increased oxygen flow, decreased air pollutants and the wellness benefits of essential therapeutic oils in AIR® products, we are confident our products will quickly become the preferred choice for drug-free relief for common ailments and sleepless nights,” said Jeffrey Rassás, President & CEO of AirWare Labs.

“The unique features and benefits of the AIR® product line allowed us to engage the best retailers in the OTC business for healthcare products. As retail interest in AIR’s® delivery system for Allergies, Decongestant, Headache, Nausea, Sleep/Snore and other ailments protection continues to grow, Quest is pleased to be a strategic partner and distribution arm for AirWare Labs and growth of its AIR® product offering,” said Don Ryan, CEO of Quest Products, Inc.
