Doctor's of chiropractic have an unprecedented opportunity to receive up to $44,000 from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act's HITECH Act by adopting certified electronic health records
In order for doctors to receive this incentive: 1) They must use electronic health records which qualify under the Act's provisions 2) The electronic health records must be implemented as outlined by the Act and 3) Doctors are required to report on Medicare-defined quality measures
The webinar is presented by Dr. Steven J. Kraus, a renowned expert, presenter and columnist on electronic health records. He currently serves on the American Chiropractic Association's Medicare and PQRI committees and represented ACA at the HL-7 conference on EHR interoperability.
