Omega 3-Not Just Good for Your Skin

Specifically Omega 3 is said to play a part in making one resistant to: ADD, Dyslexia, Dementia, Depression, Bipolar disorder, and Schizophrenia. Aside from this fatty acid

diet, exercise, and healthy sleeping habits can increase your chances of never having these diseases.
For children it has been found that increases Omega 3 levels helped them read, spell, and even have less behavioral problems. An Australian study supports this and went on to say that the students have higher verbal intelligence and a higher level of retained knowledge.
