Logan adds more partners to program

The admissions department at Logan College of Chiropractic has added Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., and Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pa., as Logan’s latest “3+3” articulation partners.

These agreements bring Logan’s articulation partnership program with four-year universities and colleges around the country to 40 institutions in 20 states.

These “3+3” articulation relationships require students to complete their first three years of undergraduate study (90 semester hours) at their “home institutions,” then transfer to Logan to begin the doctor of chiropractic program. At the end of the first year in the DC program, these students are awarded a bachelor’s degree from their undergraduate college.

The value of the “3+3” arrangement is in the concurrent attribution of the basic science coursework (taken at Logan) that satisfies the academic requirements for the undergraduate degree and doctor of chiropractic program.
