November 2007 Sherman Faculty Member of the Year named Basic Sciences instructor Max Ivanov, MD, has been named Faculty Member of the Year at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. The award recognizes a faculty member who is an excellent instructor, a moral and ethical inspiration to students and colleagues, a role model in working to advance the practice of subluxation-centered chiropractic, and a person who participates in college events and other activities outside the classroom that promote the mission of Sherman College. Ivanov, a native of Russia, holds a master’s degree from Tver Medical Academy and teaches cardio diagnosis, physiology lab, cardio physiology, and fluids. Ivanov first arrived at the college in 1999.
