March 2007 Ouzts elected to NBCE board Norman Ouzts, Jr., DC, of Greenwood, S.C., was elected as District V Director March 3 by the board of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE). District V includes the states of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. Ouzts will serve in this position until the May 4, 2007, annual meeting of the NBCE at which time District V will nominate a person to fill the remaining two years of the term of Steve Willen, who resigned as the district’s director and chairman of the board March 3. Ouzts is a graduate of Life University in Atlanta. He has been in practice in Greenwood since 1992 and formerly served as District V Director of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards.
