Sherman College distributes awards
Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic honored more than a dozen chiropractors and other professionals during its annual Lyceum.
Award recipients include:
- Lay Person of the Year — Joseph (Joe) Marcus of Bethlehem, Pa.;
- Service to Sherman College — Sarah Lou Bush of Mayo, S.C.;
- Service to Sherman College — Perry Rush, DC, of Inman, S.C.;
- Career Advisor of the Year — John Snyder, DC, of Coshocton, Ohio;
- Ambassador of the Year — Brian D. Pulver, DC, of Williamsburg, Mich;
- Rising Star — James (Jim) Callahan, DC, of Amesbury, Mass.;
- Rising Star — John Drew, DC, of Columbia, S.C.;
- Distinguished Service Award — Mary-Ellen Rada, DC, of Jackson, N.J.;
- Spirit of Sherman College — Dennis J. Keenan, DC, of Maywood, N.J.;
- Service to the Profession — Brian Kelly, DC, of New Zealand;
- Service to the Profession — Brooke and Dawn Lenfest, DC, of West Conshohocken, Pa.; and
- Service to the Profession — Laura Weeks, DC, of Greenville, S.C.
Two additional major awards were presented at the event. James (Jim) A. Hilston, DC, of Harleysville, Pa., was named Regent of the Year, while Nalyn Russo Marcus, DC, of Bethlehem, Pa., was named Chiropractor of the Year.
