3 faculty members receive awards

Three Northwestern Health Sciences University faculty members were honored during the fifth annual Faculty Honors Luncheon June 26.

At the luncheon, awards were given to faculty members who were nominated by their peers. The Excellence in Teaching Award was given to Linda Bowers, DC, professor; the Excellence in University Patient Care Award was given to Amy Horton, DC, faculty clinician; and the Excellence in Research Scholarship or Creative Activities Award was given to Beth Burgan, MFA, assistant professor.
