NBCE committee to study future FCLB funding

Vernon Temple, DC, president of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE), has announced the formation of the Ad Hoc Committee on Future Funding for the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards (FCLB).

The committee will be chaired by Richard Cole, DC, and includes Ed Weathersby, DC, NBCE’s vice president and FCLB’s past president; NBCE directors Drs. Robin Lecy and Donna Craft; and NBCE delegate representative Marc Gamerman, DC.

For many years the NBCE has been a major contributor to the FCLB. The Ad Hoc committee will look at a more permanent solution for FCLB funding that will maintain the integrity and independence of both organizations. The first meeting of the committee will be Sept. 29.
