April 2007 Winner of salary survey drawing announced Adam Keefe, DC, a chiropractor from Virginia Beach, Va., is the winner of a $250 gift certificate to Bedford Chiropractic. Keefe’s name was drawn from a pool of participants who completed Chiropractic Economics 10th Annual Salary & Expense Survey. While Keefe practices out of Virginia Beach, his wife and business partner, Sara Miller, DC, runs a practice in Chesapeake, Va. They graduated from the National College of Chiropractic (now National University of Health Sciences) in 2000 and are in the fifth year of owning their practices. Keefe said, “In addition to performing manipulation, we enjoy implementing rehabilitation exercises with our treatment. We also advise our patients about various supplementations. My wife has performed acupuncture for a variety of conditions, including weight loss and smoking cessation, with wonderful results.” The couple also provides golf swing analysis with a functional assessment. They have massage therapists on staff at both locations. Rules of the drawing allowed Keefe to select a chiropractic vendor of his choice. He said he uses Bedford Chiropractic for his supplies. |
