November 2006 Logan College announces new staff Logan College of Chiropractic announced a number of faculty/administrative appointments at the college. Muriel M. Perillat, MS, DC, has accepted the position of director of student health; Carl W. Saubert IV, PhD, has been named associate vice president of academic affairs; and Maureen T.
