Northwestern’s
Halloween party attracts hundreds
More than 700 trick-or-treaters
attended Northwestern Health Sciences University’s free
Halloween party on Oct. 31, which was open to preschoolers
through fourth-graders who were accompanied by adult guardians.
The party included carnival
games, a magic show, and trick-or-treating. Kids also had
opportunities to enter prize drawings and a coloring contest.
“The Halloween party
is a great way to offer our space and get our name out into
the community,” says Nicky Simon, BA, community relations
coordinator.
The Halloween party was co-sponsored
by the Breakfast Optimists Club of Bloomington, Bloomington
Parks and Recreation, and Northwestern Health Sciences University.
