MCS names DC of the year

The Massachusetts Chiropractic Society (MCS) awarded Steven C. Saro, DC, Chiropractor of the Year at its annual convention in recognition of outstanding service of an MCS member to the profession, community, or the society.

Saro earned this award for his work as the organization’s Legislative Chairman/Political Director which he is credited for his leadership in passing legislation that provides coverage of chiropractic services in the state Mass Health System and in the passage of this year’s “Healthcare For All” legislation, which provides some level of healthcare coverage for all Massachusetts residents.

Each year, MCS members from across the state vote to determine the award winner.
