Hygenic acquires Performance Health, Inc.

Performance Health, Inc., developer and marketer of Biofreeze has been acquisitioned by The Hygenic Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of products and solutions under the Thera-Band, Dyna-Band, Parabath, and Hygenic brands.

The acquisition unites two of brands in the rehabilitation, therapy, and wellness markets: Thera-Band and Biofreeze. The brands are sold exclusively through specialty distributors to healthcare professionals in physical therapy, chiropractic, occupational therapy, athletic training, podiatry, spa, and massage therapy markets.
