Palmer creates technique registry

Palmer offers a technique registry service to the chiropractic profession through the Palmer Institute for Professional Advancement. The Palmer Technique Registry recognizes and maintains record of those chiropractors who have successfully completed advanced studies in specific chiropractic adjustive techniques.

“The registry features multi-level recognitions that reflect a doctor’s time spent in seminar-training and competency in testing,” stated Laurie Mueller, DC, director of continuing education for the Palmer Institute. “We offer certificates to display in-office, as well as an online resource for peers and potential patients.” Gonstead Technique was the first to be included in the registry, and now Thompson Technique will be available for testing in summer 2006. Over time, more techniques will be added.

For more information, please call the Palmer Institute at 800-452-5032.
