Wood named Palmer’s dean of clinics

Kurt Wood, DC, will assume the position of dean of clinics at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in the fall. Wood, who has spent nearly two decades at Northwestern Health Sciences University as a clinician, faculty member, and administrator, will be leaving his associate dean of clinical services position at the end of the summer trimester.

According to Wood, Palmer and Northwestern share many similarities, including a desire to advance the professional educational experience and to produce competent chiropractic doctors.

“I would like to extend best wishes to everyone on Northwestern’s campus as we strive to do just that in our respective programs, and express my appreciation to Northwestern for its support as I embark on this new journey.”
