Chiropractic ads to hit 4 consumer magazines
It’s an exciting time for chiropractic. During July and August, the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress is sponsoring full-page color advertisements in four nationally distributed magazines that reach millions of consumers. The ads feature a spokesperson for chiropractic, Sarah Harding, Ms. Fitness USA 2006 and 2004.
The magazines, with their on-sale dates, are U.S. News (July 17), Sports Illustrated (July 19), Newsweek (August 21), and USA Today (August 21).
According to Foundation founder Kent Greenawalt, CEO of Foot Levelers, it’s a time to celebrate. “Never before has chiropractic advertised in such publications that are common to all households.”
The advertisement combines the ideas of spinal care and wellness.
“Advertisements like the ones that will be running in national publications are expensive,” added Greenawalt. “Catch the excitement and get on board.”
The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, a nonprofit organization, officially launched the Campaign for Chiropractic in January 2005 at the Parker Seminars in Las Vegas.
Major corporate financial contributors to the Foundation include Foot Levelers Inc., NCMIC, Breakthrough Coaching, Standard Process, Anabolic Laboratories, ChiroCode Institute, [ITAL] Chiropractic Economics, Dynamic Chiropractic, [/ITAL] and Parker College.
