ICAK offers 4th scholarship

The International College of Applied Kinesiology – U.S.A. (ICAK-U.S.A.) has announced it is offering the fourth in a series of George J. Goodheart Scholarship in Applied Kinesiology to a student at Palmer College of Chiropractic West.

Applicants must be a Palmer West seventh-quarter student or above and maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or better. In addition to endorsements of the AK Club, ICAK Teaching Diplomate, AK chiropractic college instructor and/or AK club faculty advisor, students will be required to submit an essay of no less than 500 words describing applicable work experience, academic strengths, career objectives, reasons for applying, experience and/or interest in nutrition, and experience with AK including future plans for research.

Applications must be received by September 10, 2006 and will be reviewed by the ICAK-U.S.A. Research Committee members. The winner of the $2500 scholarship, sponsored by Foot Levelers, Inc., will be announced in September or October.
