N.J. law allows DC nerve conduction tests

New Jersey chiropractors are authorized by law to interpret and perform nerve conduction studies, according to a law signed by acting Governor Richard Codey on Jan. 11, 2006.

The law says that only a licensed physician can perform needle electromyography and only a licensed physician, audiologist, or chiropractor may interpret evoked potentials or perform nerve conduction studies.
