ICAK awards scholarship to Palmer West student

The International College of Applied Kinesiology – U.S.A. (ICAK-U.S.A.) awarded Palmer College of Chiropractic West student Rachel Yan the $2,500 George J. Goodheart Scholarship in Applied Kinesiology on Monday, October 30, 2006.

Yan currently works as an intern at the Palmer West Clinic, where she uses Applied Kinesiology as her main treatment. Additionally, she is the PCCW AK Club’s public relations executive officer and works to recruit students to the AK field. She will graduate in December 2007 and would someday like to start her own practice.

Foot Leveler’s, Inc. sponsored the scholarship that marked the fifth award given this year.
