Northwestern SACA attends NCLC
Nearly four dozen members of Northwestern Health Sciences University’s Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA) traveled to Washington, D.C., March 25-28 for the annual National Chiropractic Legislative Conference (NCLC).
In addition to 47 students, Alfred Traina, DC, president of Northwestern; members of Northwester’s board of trustees; and several faculty members attended the conference. The SACA delegation from Northwestern joined more than 300 students from the nation’s 16 chiropractic colleges.
“This was the first time that every chiropractic college was represented. It was really historic,” said Sarah Radabaugh, a T7 chiropractic student at Northwestern and a SACA national officer. “We had the biggest group there by far; we had 47 students, and the next group had 34.”
