Cogan named VP of PFCS

The Professional Football Chiropractic Society (PFCS) has elected Michigan native Sol Cogan, DC, as vice president. Cogan, the official chiropractor for the Detroit Lions football team since 2002, is also the founder of HealthQuest, the largest network of chiropractic clinics in Michigan.
“I am proud to serve as the new vice president of the PFCS because the organization models standards for exemplary service to all individuals, not just professional athletes,” Cogan said.
He earned his doctor of chiropractic degree at National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Ill. and is a governor appointed member and vice chairman of the State Board of Chiropractic.
Chiropractic Economics took a look at the role of chiropractors in the NFL and ran a special report on pro football team DCs last year in Issue 14, October 5, 2005.
