March 2005 California bill would increase chiropractic care A California legislator has introduced a bill that would increase access to chiropractic care as a way to bring down healthcare costs. The bill, AB 1185, is authored by Assembly member Paul Koretz (D-West Hollywood) and co-authored by Senator Elaine Alquist (D-San Jose).
