January 2005 Acquisition announced JAN. 27 — ACOM Solutions, Inc., which offers solutions to optimize business back-office processes, has acquired the assets of New Times Med, LLC and has created the Electronic Medical Records Division to market the company’s software to chiropractic and other diagnostic and/or treatment-related health service providers. Chief assets acquired by ACOM are the RAPID and Spine Report software systems ACOM is an employee-owned company that has experienced consistent year-to-year growth and which has been continuously profitable for more than 10 years.
