NUHS professors release revised spinal anatomy text
Drs. Gregory Cramer and Susan Darby have released an expanded, updated edition of Basic and Clinical Anatomy of the Spine, Spinal Cord, and ANS, published by Elsevier Mosby. This textbook on spinal anatomy has been a reference book for chiropractic, osteopathic, and physical medicine students since it was first published 10 years ago.
The revised edition includes 170 new photographs, images, and drawings, and a new chapter on the pediatric spine covering anatomic changes of the spine from birth through adulthood. Diagnostic imaging technology is emphasized with numerous radiographs, computed tomograms, and magnetic resonance images.
Gregory Cramer, DC, PhD, is a professor in the NUHS Department of Anatomy as well as Dean of Research, and Susan Darby, PhD, is also an NUHS professor of anatomy.
