July 2005 Companies merge LSI International and Medical Outfitters, a division of Bi-State Medical Technologies, LLC of Lenexa, Kan., have merged. The merger was stimulated by the retirement of Jim and Sheila Lane, founders of LSI, a manufacturer and distributor of chiropractic and massage therapy products.
