Med students learn about
CAM at Northwestern
One hundred and forty second-year
medical students from the University of Minnesota recently
visited Northwestern Health Sciences University. The visit
was part of an ongoing relationship between the universities,
allowing medical students to explore alternative forms of
healthcare.
In several 20-minute sessions,
students listened to lectures and viewed demonstrations in
areas such as chiropractic, massage therapy, cranio-sacral
therapy, and osteopathy.
This is the fourth year Northwestern
and the University of Minnesota have participated in the program.
