Kotlar joins speakers bureau

Marty Kotlar, president of Target Coding Inc., has joined the Speakers Bureau in Foot Levelers’ Educational Division. Kotlar will teach a one-day seminar, “New Medicare Coverage Rules, Regulations, and Expanded Coding Procedures,” during the company’s 2005 Fall Seminar Series.

is certified in coding and healthcare compliance and teaches insurance CPT coding to the students of New York Chiropractic College. He has authored two best selling chiropractic insurance reimbursement guidebooks.
