NUHS appoints new vice president

National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) has appointed Ron Mensching as its new vice president of business services. Mensching was previously director of admissions and director of communications for NUHS. The new post culminates a twenty-year career with the university.

“Mr. Mensching has done an outstanding job in his previous position, increasing enrollment at the university and advancing our new degree programs,” says National’s President James Winterstein, “I’m very optimistic about his taking the helm of the University’s business services.”

National University of Health Sciences has long been known for its doctor of chiropractic degree, and recently expanded its offerings to include a massage therapy certificate course, a bachelor of biomedical science degree and master’s degrees in diagnostic imaging and advanced clinical practice, and plans to offer a doctor of naturopathic medicine degree as well as master’s degrees in acupuncture and oriental medicine in 2006.
