Historians to celebrate silver anniversary

The Association for the History of Chiropractic (AHC) is issuing a call for papers for its 25th annual Conference on Chiropractic History, June 11-12, 2005, on the campus of the Southern California University of Health Sciences (LACC). The association will celebrate its silver anniversary during this conference.

The deadline to submit papers is Jan. 1, 2005. AHC will award a $500 prize for the best paper presented by a non-student. Additionally, the National Institute of Chiropractic Research will offer a $500 prize, awarded by AHC, for the best paper presented by a student at the conference.

Information concerning manuscript style and submission requirements can be found in the most recent issue of Chiropractic History, the AHC’s scholarly journal.

The AHC is a nonprofit, membership society founded at Spears Hospital in Denver in 1980. Its mission is the discovery, dissemination and preservation of the saga of chiropractic.
