ACA awards 2 honors
The American Chiropractic Association presented two of its highest honors during its House of Delegates meeting in St. Petersburg, Fla., to former ACA Chairman James Edwards, DC, and Col. Mark Losack, DC, of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Edwards was named the Chiropractor of the Year in recognition of his numerous outstanding activities on behalf of the ACA, including his involvement in the National Chiropractic Legal Action Fund (NCLAF) fundraising campaign and his efforts in making “ACA News” a reality.
Losack, who put his chiropractic career on hold to carry out his military responsibilities in two tours of duty in Iraq, received the Humanitarian of the Year Award. Losack has also assisted NCLAF fundraising efforts by making personal appearances and appearing in the Simple Justice II video.
