NBCE elects secretary

The board of directors of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners elected Donna L. Craft, DC, of Brooklyn, Mich., as its secretary during its fall board meeting in Delray Beach, Fla. Craft fills the unexpired term of Jerry D. Blanchard, DC, of North Dakota, who resigned from the position earlier. Blanchard will continue his position as District I Director of the NBCE Board of Directors.

As Secretary, Dr. Craft will now serve on the NBCE Executive Committee, as well as Chair the NBCE Foundation Advisory Committee and Vice Chair of the NBCE Job Analysis Committee. Other committees on which Dr. Craft serves are the NBCE Acupuncture Committee, the Exam Development Committee, the Finance Committee, the Part IV Examination Committee and the NBCE Public Relations Committee.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Craft maintains an active practice in Brooklyn. In 2002, she was named Michigan Chiropractor of the Year by the Michigan Chiropractic Society. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Palmer College of Chiropractic Alumni Association, the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Ohio Chiropractic Association. Craft is a founding member of the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics, ICA, and serves as past chair of the Michigan Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
