ACA to seek new exec director

Gary Cuneo, who has served as executive vice president of the American Chiropractic Association for about 10 years, will be leaving the organization. In an announcement made at the annual COCSA meeting in New Orleans and confirmed by Chiropractic Economics, Cuneo said that he will leave ACA in September 2005.

Cuneo told Chiropractic Economics that he and his family will be returning to California to be closer to his family. He said the ACA board will be considering the establishment of a search committee at its December conference call. The committee will then establish a time line and the general procedures that will be followed to find a replacement. The position will be advertised, he said.
