SCU appoints new board members
Southern California University of Health Sciences has appointed new members to its Board of Regents.
Named to the board were Andrea D. Sinclair, DC; John Hemauer, DC; Mark Dederichs, DC, LAc; Sam Liang, Lac; William Valusek, DC; David Madison, DC; and Richard Burger, DC.
“The entire field of healthcare is going through a dramatic change,” said Reed B. Phillips, DC, president of SCU. “With the increasing popularity of alternative medicine and the strengthening bonds between medical doctors and those who graduate from our university, we are seeing healthcare redefined. The public truly has a choice in what kind of care it wants and our institution is doing its part to graduate doctors of chiropractic and acupuncturists who can work with traditional physicians in order to enhance the overall wellbeing of today’s family.”
Los Angeles College of Chiropractic is part of the SCU.
