Logan Learning Resources Center re-opens
The Logan College of Chiropractic
Learning Resources Center has re-opened following completion
of $4 million in physical and technological renovations and
upgrades.
Logan students returned for
the start of the college’s summer trimester to a library
facility that has been extensively re-designed and expanded
by 2,000 square feet from its original 13,440 square feet
of space. Student computing equipment is now incorporated
into the center, with 75 new computers available for student
use.
The renovation process, which
began early in 2003, has brought a contemporary design to
the Learning Resources Center while retaining its historical
elements, including the stained-glass windows from the Maryknoll
Seminary chapel that once occupied the space where the center
is located.
