Footlevelers recognizes chiropractic legends
Foot Levelers made presentations of its third annual achievement awards at the Parker Seminars in Las Vegas. President and CEO Kent S. Greenawalt handed out four awards in recognition of long-standing excellence:
• Golden Achievement Award for Chiropractic Commitment — Vickie Anne Palmer, chairperson of the Palmer University Board of Trustees, for her relentless pursuit of chiropractic excellence and her proven leadership abilities.
• Golden Achievement Award for Clinical Excellence — Dr. Arlan Fuhr, co-founder of the Activator Method adjusting technique and president of Activator Methods, Inc., for 40 years of teaching others and helping thousands of patients worldwide.
• The Golden Achievement Award for the Advancement of Chiropractic through Publishing Excellence — Donald K. Kase and Dr. Frank A. Corbo. Kase is the editor-in-chief, and Corbo the senior editor, of Chiropractic Wellness & Fitness Magazine, a healthy lifestyle publication for chiropractic patients.
• The Dr. Monte Greenawalt Chiropractic Excellence Award —Dr. Carl Cleveland III, president of Cleveland Chiropractic Colleges, who has served the chiropractic profession “notably and with the utmost integrity for many years.” Dr. Cleveland is the president of Cleveland Chiropractic Colleges.
