JMPT to be official magazine of ACA
Beginning in January 2005, the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics (JMPT) will become the official scientific journal of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). Print and online subscriptions will be provided free to all ACA general members as one of the member benefits.
The current magazine published by ACA — Journal of the American Chiropractic Association (JACA) — will be available as an online publication that will be housed in a fully searchable database of clinical and educational materials. The database will be searchable by date, key word, author name or subject. It will be accessible 24 hours a day. Access to the database will be available at no charge to members. Non-members will be able to use the database for a fee.
JACA Online, like JACA before it, will be peer reviewed. It will also continue to be indexed by those organizations that have come to recognize its credibility and value to the profession.
JMPT will continue to be edited and published by National University of Health Sciences.
