Trigon update available online

The 14,000-word appeals brief filed last week with the 4th Circuit court of Appeals on behalf of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), Virginia Chiropractic Association (VCA) and other plaintiffs can be read in full on the ACA Web site, www.acatoday.com/pdf/trigon_appellants_brief.pdf.

According to ACA Executive Vice President Garrett Cuneo, “[The appeal] lays out our case in strong terms. Trigon has 30 days to respond to the brief and ACA will then have 15 days to respond to Trigon.”
