Popularity of online spinal physician directory grows

More than 600 doctors of chiropractic have registered in the national Directory of Spine Physicians (www.spinephysicians.net), an online resource provided by the American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP).

The directory is a source of information for the public and for healthcare professionals. It contains searchable information about chiropractic physicians and neurosurgeons involved in spine care.

Also available on the AASP Web site is an e-book that can be sent to inform other doctors about the association. The e-book has a format like a printed text with a cover, table of contents, section, a series of pages and an index.

Pages are formatted to provide a concise overview of the AASP, spine care and member benefits. The e-book is available on the “inform a colleague” page.

The mission of the AASP is to facilitate a cooperative approach to spine care, cultivate open dialogue and clinical interaction between members, promote continuing education for chiropractic physicians and neurosurgeons.
