Parker College of Chiropractic Student
Named ACA Student Chair

Dallas, TX. – Janelle Whitehead was named National Chair of the Student American Chiropractic Association at the annual convention of the House of Delegates last month. Her duties include overseeing the student arm of the ACA in accredited chiropractic colleges in the U.S. and Canada.

The mission for the organization is to preserve, protect, improve and promote the chiropractic profession, and to encourage and develop student leaders. Its purpose is to provide leadership in health care, a positive vision for the chiropractic profession and a natural approach to health care.

“Through chiropractic, I have the priceless gift of optimal health and a life of opportunities," said Whitehead. "Giving back to the chiropractic profession is the least I can do for this special gift.” Whitehead is a graduate of Perryton High School in Perryton, Texas. She is attending Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas and anticipates graduating in April 2004.
