Homecoming Festivities Top the Charts at Parker

Dallas, Texas – Celebrating its 20th anniversary Oct. 4-6, the campus at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas was filled with a weekend of learning, mingling and fun. Almost 600 people attended the program. Highlights of the celebration include a golf tournament held at the Four Seasons. Alumni, staff and television sports celebrities showed off their swings on the same course as the PGA Byron Nelson is played on.

The gymnasium was transformed into a first class expo for the chiropractic field and the classrooms were filled with an array of speakers. Friday morning Dr. Mancini was a radio guest on the Dallas Police Department’s Safety show promoting Kid’s Day America. The event saw its biggest crowds the next day. Well over 1,500 people attended Kid’s Day.

Future chiropractors gathered for one of the largest Career Fairs at Parker. The theme “A day at Parker” included mini-lectures and a time to meet and greet faculty, staff and alumni. The President’s party was held in the campus courtyard Saturday evening. Alumni from all over the world including France, Italy, Belgium and Germany attended.
