Ground Zero Doctors Honored

New York - Bronx, N.Y.-area chiropractors Dr. Phil Nadler and Dr. Richard Imundo have been awarded distinguished lifetime memberships in the New York Chiropractic Council (NYCC) for their tireless efforts at "Ground Zero" in New York City.

Both volunteered two days a week for more than six months to adjust rescue workers at World Trade Center health and rest stations. They joined about 1,500 other chiropractors who came from all over the country to treat thousands of relief workers.

The NYCC will honor all doctors who served at Ground Zero at its 13th Annual Convention, "Chiropractic: From Ground Zero to the World." The event will take place Nov. 15-17 at the New York Marriott Financial Center. Continuing education credits will be offered. For information, log onto www.nycouncil.org or call 800-426-6922.
