Chiropractic Awareness Campaign:
Your Success Stories Are Needed

Roanoke, Va. - Foot Levelers, Inc., has formed a non-profit foundation to spearhead a major nationwide public awareness campaign for chiropractic.

The purpose of the new “Foundation for Chiropractic Progress” is to create and raise a higher awareness level for the public about chiropractic with the ultimate goal to get more of the general public in chiropractors offices.

“We need your help to accomplish this goal,” said Kent Greenawalt, president and CEO of Foot Levelers. “Although we have key messages defined and the foundation in place, we’re in dire need of chiropractic success case studies to share during media interviews and for educating journalists and consumers about how chiropractic leads to better health.”

Success stories in all areas of chiropractic care are needed, from pregnant women to athletic care to geriatric chiropractic cases, Greenawalt added. He urged every doctor to send at least one success story/case study.

“There is a void in today’s media coverage of chiropractic, and we plan to fill it.,” Greenawalt said. “Only one in 10 Americans visit a chiropractor, and we want the other nine to become patients. Chiropractic is healthcare’s best-kept secret.”

The foundation consists of a six-member advisory committee, including: Greenawalt, Dr. Carl Cleveland III, Dr. Peter Ferguson, Dr. Jerilyn Kaibel, Dr. Louis Sportelli and Dr. Terry Yochum.

The educational campaign will target consumer magazines, newspapers and wire services. For more information, call 800-553-4860 or visit Foot Levelers online at www.footlevelers.com.
